I definitely thought I got scammed. The shipping took way too long to be from the US and my correspondence with the seller was less than reassuring. I was 1 day away from cancelling my order, but decided to wait. After 2 weeks my neon sign came.It’s gorgeous, colored perfectly, bright, and all the lights work. Yes, it was packaged well.My only complaint really is the shipping. These are absolutely coming from China, not California, but totally worth it if you’re willing to wait.

When you placed your order, the last inventory was found damaged before shipping，so we have to wait for new signs to be made at our local workshop, thus it's delivered a few days late, but still delivered before our promised time frame of the order.
