Shipped super fast and was packed with plenty of complimentary bubble wrap with “idealglass” logo on the shipping label. Seller responded quick and told me they’d send my color selection if it was available. Phoenix Star has a good reputation. This came with a 3” down stem, I use my own 3.5” stem on it. The beaker base fills up with only about 1” of water. Use a smaller bubbler if you’re using an oil banger. Next time I’ll buy a larger 16” bongulator👍
