Seller is great. I noticed that it was taking an extra while to get my figure, longer than normal for international shipping. I sent a message to the seller and they looked into the situation, and replied within 24 hours. Package was lost. Item description says it can take off...... couldn't figure out what is supposed to be removable, but the figure is great anyway.
