Wear consistent with age and use. Quality old repair consisting of braising and milling of BASE AREA WHERE ONCE CRACKED A LONG TIME AGO. WELL DONE RESTORATION. The milling of the center base section where stamp was cracked was beautifully braised / welded and accurately machined on a milling machine.
