RETURN POLICY
All sales from MAGPIE PIPER are final. Returns for a refund are only accepted if the item received by the buyer is significantly different than advertised, is approved by, and is at the discretion of MAGPIE PIPER. Buyers will be charged a return fee of 10% of the price the buyer paid for the item, excluding tax and shipping, which will be deducted from the total return amount.

Any item the buyer wants to return must meet the \"significantly different than advertised\" threshold, which will be determined by MAGPIE PIPER. Buyers must first message MAPGIE PIPER through messaging within three (3) calendar days of receipt of item to gain approval for the return. MAGPIE PIPER will respond to any return request within one and one-half (1.5) business days (36 business hours) of receipt. Buyers should not immediately select \"Return this item\" from their Purchase history to initiate a return.

SHIPPING POLICY & CONDITIONS
MAGPIE PIPER packs and ships all items in secure packaging and takes great effort in making packages resistant to damage during shipping. MAGPIE PIPER makes great effort in shipping packages in a timely manner after they have been purchased. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipping items to buyers, however books and DVDs will ship typically via USPS Media Mail, and other shipping methods and costs will be employed on an item-by-item basis. MAGPIE PIPER reserves the right to use shipping methods other than USPS at our discretion. Depending on a number of factors including weight, overall size, shipping cost vs. price of item, etc., we will sometimes charge a portion of, or all, shipping costs to the buyer. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
It is the buyer\'s responsibility to read the full item description, review photos, and ask the seller questions prior to purchasing the item. MAGPIE PIPER takes no responsibility for a buyer\'s failure to do so. The item(s) in each listing will be as described and as shown in photos. The item(s) shown in the photos is/are the exact item(s) being sold unless expressly indicated within the listing.

Minor flaws, such as normal wear on used clothing, slight chipping or discoloration on vintage décor or collectables, etc., may not be photographed or identified specifically but will be indicated within the item listing. Any significant flaw or damage will be expressly detailed within the item listing and reflected in photos. See Condition of Item Explanation section in item listing.

Items listed for sale may also be for sale on other online marketplaces and platforms. Once an item is sold on any marketplace or platform, it will be deleted or marked \"Not for Sale\" on other marketplaces or platforms where it is also listed for sale. In the event of a buyers\' conflict, where more than one buyer has purchased the same item from different marketplaces or platforms, the item will go to the first buyer from all marketplaces or platforms. The first buyer will be determined by the earliest date and time given by the individual marketplaces or platforms. Any buyer who is not the first buyer in a buyers/ conflict will receive a full refund within one (1) business day or sooner.

MAGPIE PIPER is a Fragrance-Free and Smoke-Free seller. Some second-hand or vintage items may have absorbed odors, scents, or fragrances from their previous locations, and every effort is made to eliminate these smells, including airing out, dry cleaning or laundering (as appropriate), rigorous or gentle cleaning (as appropriate), and/or professional cleaning, etc. These items, however, may retain odors from previous locations, which do not originate from MAGPIE PIPER. A portion of expensive and/or extensive professional cleaning costs may be reflected in the price of the item.

MAGPIE PIPER is not a Pet-Free seller. We make every effort to keep items for sale separate and away from any and all animals during storage, photography, and shipping. This includes barring animals from storage, photography, and shipping areas, frequent cleaning of these areas, and use of air purifiers and filtration devices.
