If you need to cancel your order after I have purchase postage and taken your item to the shipping facility, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me and the cost of postage to do so. All orders are usually shipped within two business day after payment is received and or cleared, not including weekends or holidays. I try to ship your item the same day if payment is received in the early morning EST.

RETURNS:

I accept returns with a 14-day money back policy. After receiving your item, I must be notified within 14 days of any problem or possible return. PLEAES NOTE: Items sold as NEW must be returned in original package with all tags, instructions, etc. ANY ITEM THAT IS SHIPPED WITH A TAMPER SEAL (ex: electronics, motors, etc.) MUST HAVE THE TAMPER SEAL FULLY INTACT OR THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED-NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE). Shipping will be paid by the buyer to return the item. No refund will be given until I receive the item and verify that it is in the same condition it was in when shipped. Once I have received and Inspected the item I will process a refund minus the original cost of shipping that I paid to ship the item to you (an exception will be made if the item was not as described or not working). Returns will not normally be accepted on items sold as parts or not working. In the case that a return is made for items sold as parts or not working the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and once I receive the item back I will process a refund minus the amount I paid in shipping cost to originally ship the item to you. Exceptions will made for items clearly damaged during shipping.
