VTG RONSON WINDII WINDPROOF CHROME POCKET CIGARETTE LIGHTER NEW IN PACKAGE.

This listing is for a vintage Ronson WindII wind proof refillable lighter. It is new old stock in original package. Packing has slight wear from storage. I will be listing other vintage lighters.

TAXES:

Be aware that some states are requiring sales taxes be collected when items are sold and shipped to those states. automatically adds these taxes to your total. Please offer accordingly.

PAYMENT:

I give 7 days to for payment. If there is no payment or contact to make arrangements in 3 days, I will open a non paying buyer. Then the buyer has 4 days to complete transaction before closing.

RETURNS:

Returns will be honored only if the item has a blatant misrepresentation (something that is neither pictured nor described). If something is visible in the pictures, then it is considered represented. "I changed my mind" or "its not what I thought it was" are not viable reasons for return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will not be issued until item is returned to me. Please look at the pictures and ask questions if there is any doubt. Make sure you know what you're buying. I ask kindly, not to waste my time or yours. I know I'm not an expert, and I simply describe what I see.

SHIPPING:

Buyer is responsible for shipping. I only charge what is needed to ship the item(s). If you would like to offer on more items that are a couple days apart, email me, let me know which items you are thinking of offerding on, and I can hold the first until the other items are complete. I will combine shipping when possible. There are times when shipping separately is actually cheaper when it comes to larger items. If by some chance shipping is way overcharged, excess will be refunded. Be sure to check my other sales as I do combine shipping when possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are one of those midway shippers for overseas clients, buying items within the US to then send to them to lie on customs, please do not offer. Organizations like yours cost me a lot of money as you always claim the item is “damaged”, get a full refund at no cost to you and I usually don’t get the same item back or parts are missing. I will no longer accept returns from you.

I use the Global Shipping Program for international packages. This gives me no control what is charged for shipping to your country. I apologize for this, but I've unfortunately been burned too many times by foreign buyers. This makes it easier on me, and I don't lose items and money.
