Original Framed Antique Phonograph Gramophone Advertisement For Sale

Hello there, This picture has a very long history with me. It was for sale at a phonograph show in New Jersey in the late 90s.I had been there helping your friend and saw this picture early in the morning and admired it all day. I’ve been saving up for a phonograph, And was planning on buying one soon. So the hefty price on this picture would not have been a practical purchase considering my game plan. But, in all the years I have never seen anything like this. My friend kept joking around with me about how every time he looked over at me, I was looking at the picture. I forget the exact details but we made a bet that if I could get the owner of the picture to come down to a certain price, he would give me half the money I needed to buy it since I had nowhere near enough on me. And the seller would only do a spectacular price in cash. I don’t know how I pulled it off, but I got them to that number. My friend reluctantly handed over the money and I went home with my picture in hand and a smile on my face! I did buy that photograph I had been saving up for. Somewhere, I have a picture of this advertisement on my wall and my phonograph sitting on my dresser in my bedroom when I was in my teens. These days, I have taken a more modern approach to my decorating. I thought I would never sell this, but I guess it’s what they say, things do change. Now, this picture, that against all odds found its way into my life is now looking for someone to appreciate it just as much. We measure 20 and three-quarter inches wide 17 inches tall and three-quarter inches thick. At one point I did take apart the frame to see if the \"missing Picasso\" was on the back....to no avail...I believe the back was blank. I am listing this with the best of the information I have available. I did one of those, \"pay $50 and get a verbal appraisal\" thing about 10 years ago on this.
