it will only work certain monitors (including the original monitor) due to a non-standard sync signal. It outputs a 16.8kHz horiz sync and a 65Hz vertical sync.

standard monitors expect a 15.75kHz and 60Hz signal.
it won\'t work with a lot of monitors.
