This round, metallic blue pin shows Chip, the teacup from Beauty and the Beast. The background of the pin is embossed repeatedly with his name in cursive. He is pin-on-pin, looking up to the right.
Pin is new on backing card, in original plastic - Upper part of backing card is a little bent.
