This 80 year old single page is taken from one of the true grails of all time. The comic introduces the Joker and Catwoman (Cat) in their first appearances. The last full comic I see sold per GoCollect went for over $100,000 in September for a 2.5. While that would be nice to have, it is mostly unaffordable. Plus, one could argue it does not have the character of a single page that actually takes you into the story.
This particular page shows the exact panel of Batman in action flying his Batplane for the very first time. (CGC indicates that the first appearance of the Batplane is in Detective 31. I am not sure why they feel that way. Detective 31 was actually the first appearance of the Batgyro, and it was destroyed in #33. It was replaced by the Batplane in Batman 1. The easily identifiable difference is the helicopter type propellers on the gyro. The plane does not have these.)
This page has Batman scenes on both sides, not just one. It also has an early appearance of Hugo Strange (the issue is his second appearance ever and the first appearance of his Monster Men):
