Gas Metal Melting Furnace is used to melt copper, brass,gold, silver,aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals with melting points below 1300 ° C（2372 ° F）. Suitable for most fuels, liquefied gas，LPG, propane, etc. But it can not melt steel, iron.
Many other people\'s single burner furnace or double burners at one side furnace have a problem, the flame can only heat one side of crucible strongly ,especially if you use a big size crucible, the flame can only reach to 1/3 or 1/2 wall of the crucible, the opposite side has no flame. So we often saw that some part of metal in crucible has been melted, but some other part is not yet. It means you need longer time and more gas to melt whole pot of metal, my dual burners have solved this problem by heating 2 sides of crucible at the same time, it can save 50% time and 20% gas cost. As we know, 40%--70% gas energy is actually escaping in heating process, that is a big waste . 1. Furnace body is made of stainless steel(1mm thick), no need painting, highly resistant to corrosion, superior strength and durability;Can bear the weight of one adult.
2. Dual gas burners are made of stainless steel,each burner is around 100,000 BTU ,fast melting can save 50% time and 20% gas cost ;
