View Larger Image   Williams Ratchet Wrench 1/2 inch S-50 Antique   Description: This is a nice antique 1/2" drive ratchet wrench by J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. BUFFALO N.Y. and so marked. It is also marked "DROP FORGED IN U.S.A. S-50", and also has the W inside the diamond shape logo. This wrench is used but in very good working condition with minimal wear, some minor edge dings, minor staining. Not damaged or bent, no rust, very clean condition, the adjustments are work very well, including sliding directional plug that fits into the female section of this wrench to control ratchet direction. The plug was offered in the later 1930's and has the spring loaded ball at each end to secure the sockets in place. This is a heavy duty wrench with a very strong ratchet spring. It is 10" long and about 5/8" thick at the head, the plug is over an inch long and is also marked with the W inside a diamond logo.
