View Larger Image   M. W. & CO. Old Brass + Iron Padlock + Key   Description: This is a very nice early type iron and brass padlock w/nice heart shaped key. It has a nice ornate brass swing cover for the key area on the front of the lock that appears to be the M. W. & CO. logo. The key opens the lock with a turn to the right, and has a very strong spring the pops the lock into the open position once the key is turned to the open position. The lock and key are both in good condition with about 30% of what appears to be the old Japanned black paint finish intact. The lock measure 3" high x 2.25" wide and .6" thick.
