This is the second time recently that I purchased a picture, then the seller backs out and refunds my money with no explanation. I've been waiting on the picture that I purchased, only to find out that it appeared that the seller never shipped it. I actually still want the item, but they refunded my card for the purchase amount with no explanation. I am very disappointed.
