Shipping was VERY slow and then shipped a hat in an envelope. Totally messed up the integrity and shape of the hat and refused to rectify the issue. Wouldn’t recommend this seller

Buyer threatened to leave negative feedback if I did not give him a partial refund. I offered for him to kindly return the item and the return shipping would of course be on me. He refused. I also looked up his issue and offered to help. I already offered him $40 discount and he still wanted more. I do not even know if he actually had a problem with the item or just wanted to get a further discount. I tried everything I could to rectify the situation.
