Beetle came in a completely different color than listing. Being a novice to this industry, I thought it was the wrong specimen. Messaged, it turns out it just wasn’t degreased fully. No big deal, I can handle that. However I did suggest they edit the description to let people know that this was a possible outcome. Especially for one of the top priced beetle specimens they sell. Gave it a week, no update to description. Not best business practice, but quick response and helpful advice.

I grew up directly next door to the man who was regarded as the most knowledgeable entomologist on moths in the United States, and frequently accompanied Paul in the field to collect samples.
