Seller is a fraud. Seller accepted an offer. eBay automatically charged buyer once seller accepted the offer. Buyer waits a couple of days then asks seller for shipping tracking info. Seller replies item does not exist and blames eBay for not delisting the item. Now remember the seller accepted the offer in the first place. And now seller blames eBay for not issuing a refund. And eBay is not resolving this issue for the buyer. Again, the seller admits the item does not exist.
