I rated this seller neutral only because they issued a refund immediately upon receipt of the damage as shown in the photos. The item was exactly as described and the shipping rate was appropriate though the packaging was non-existent. There was 1 piece of styrofoam in the top only to hold the lid. The dispenser itself had no packaging to prevent any damage during transit. I had much rather have had the item than the refund. Buyers be cautious if the item you buy is breakable.
