I really considered leaving this seller negative feedback. Their only saving grace is that they were friendly and always answered my messages. This order was a train wreck. Not completely the sellers fault. It took over two weeks to get my item from a state that neighbors mine. They use yun express, whom I’ve never heard of, and never hope to again. The seller is very nice and attentive, but they are terrible at packing products. Package came mauled and item was slightly smashed. See pics.

This seller should be removed from eBay due to fraud. I am disapointed by ebay "buyer protection policy" if they are not banned. I had to open a case because of their misleading listing which when brought to their attention they did not change. Thier listing stated "keyed alike locks" but sent only one. When contacted they insisted it was I who was confused. Their shipping address is listed as in the US but they are Chinese and ship from there. You've been warned.
