Not bad for used military surplus. Body of tent and poles are in good shape. The rain fly has some de-lamination and flaking of material from the tan layer where it was stuck to itself. Not sure if the flaking will significantly affect the water resistance. Tent came w/two stuff bags, both for the rain fly, but I think the body of the tent will fit in one, and the fly in the other. No stakes were included even though the question was asked and answered that they would be. overall OK.
