Item came looking like it got ran over by a bulldozer, floated from Japan to the USA, where then the shipping company slammed it in every door possible and the item miraculously inside was still mostly intact but it had some broken pieces, seller immediately gave a full refund and was quick to respond and easy to deal with, thank you!

Mostly positive. The item was as described and it arrived earlier than expected which is always nice especially during the holidays. My only problem was the packing was damaged, the plastic that holds the item was ripped, the original packing box was also ripped from some sides which is a downer since the box is very important for these things but overall I'm satisfied except for that one issue.
