This is the third Kerry I have purchased. I really like how beautiful they look in my pocket. I bought one andy daughter enjoyed it so much that I gave it to her. I purchase a second one for me and passed it on to my daughter to replace the one she lost. I bought a third .07 and traded it to her for the .05. The pencil is well built, sturdy, and writes smoothly. My biggest issue is the eraser! The eraser fits poorly and can easily slip out of the barrel. All the lead can come flying out when the eraser comes loose. I like the pencil so much that I have tried using it daily now. You just have to be careful when using the eraser. I am sure there is an eraser with a bigger circumference, but I have not looked for one yet. Would be a five star product except for the eraser.

This is one of my favorite Mechanical pencils. It is well balanced, has a great hand feel, and can be capped so the feed- end doesnt snag shirt pockets. As of late im growing fond of pencils. They don't leak, don't damage laundry if they happen to get laundered, and there is no ink to bleed. After using up the HB lead that comes standard I refilled with a "2B" soft lead for darker lines. It is my personal preference.

These pencils are exceptionally designed and precision quality. With reasonable use and care they should last a lifetime. Made in Japan too

This is my first mechanical pencil with the "cap off" feature as with a fountain pen. The only fault I find is that Pentel - long a manufacturer of superior products - does not make a matching pen for these great looking pencils - c'mon Pentel, I'll buy any ink pen you can make to match. R.C.
