Very nice clock and extremely well packaged. Shipped quicly. Seller had very good messaging feedback - I had lots of questions. He responded to each question with detailed explanation. Seller provided me with his shipping receipt so I could file a complaint with the shipping company because they set my clock on the ground by the mailbox a quarter mile away and then said they got my signature although I was 430 miles from home at the time (my wife was home). A testament to excellent packaging!
