I ordered Bausch + Lomb Lumify eyedrops and instead they sent me a different product ( see photo below)and regardless of my complain they didn’t even bother apologizing so I now demand a refund.

I am sorry that happened to you. I cant help that they crushed it during shipping. Sometimes it happens. I even put fragile on items and have seen them just toss it in the bag and had to ask them to handle the packages better.

Accurate product received. The expiring dates on the boxes were all well beyond the minimum date mentioned in the advert for the product. A small issue with one package was resolved entirely satisfactorily by seller. I would not hesitate to buy again.
