I was worried at first buying something this expensive online but I must say that everything went smoothly. The vendor contacted me immediately after the sale to go over the delivery process and to reassure me that they will stand behind the product with remote support should it ever be needed. The arcade game was protected very well from shipping issues (moisture and physical impact). It arrived without a scratch, looking and working like it would have coming off the assembly line in 1982.
