This is the second strike from this seller. Im a serious puerto rican baseball memorabilia collector. The first one was a photo that was not the one that i won. Send refund but photo never appears. Now with this contract never send it and instead sends a refund. Never answer messages, poor communicaction. Didnt recommend through PR collectors community. Im sorry and very dissapointed. Hope you organized better. When a collector bids or buys an item its because he wanted it, not a refund.
