1 of the 6 glasses was broken during shipment. The seller had packaged each glass separately, several layers of bubble wrap and paper filler within the voids of the box. I emailed the seller to let them know and was not seeking any refund but wanted to let them know. The seller responded within hours and refunded 1/6th of the purchase price.
