• Substantially built from hand-turned Natural Danish teak, and beautifully finished with pronounced natural teak grain, and weighing 8.5 LB, all very impressive

• Designed and built by Brian Kirk; a Danish skilled craftsman with an indisputable passion for light – with nature as one of his primary inspirations.

• In beautiful weathered condition with charming patina, and NO known faults or any signs of any damage

• These were extremely popular upon release in the 60s resulting in all but total disappearance from the international after sale market

• These two original examples are are almost identical, both with designer engraved name stamp, one still has the factory paper label (tonnes of fakes around. Beware)

• Original paneled, lined traditional fabric shade

• Base dressed in fine wool mix green felt baize base covering

• Original height adjusted lockable tripod shade carrier

• Original B-22 bayonet fit switched bulb holder

• Both fully wired, and fitted with British Standard three-pin plugs, inspected, tested, and in perfect working order

• Totally stunning when lit

• Ready to use, (for both UK & USA homes) no additional parts or wiring required other than a suitable US voltage compliant bulb and a local wall plug for US homes
