Offers are welcomed. This project took almost 2 years to complete. Nearly all books were acquired, pressed and submitted to CGC myself.
To my knowledge there are no complete sets that include only universal labels at CGC 9.8. Other sets may contain yellow label signature series mixed with blue labels and odd custom labels but I find that too inconsistent and distracting.
