Limited edition cel produced in 1996 by Hanna-Barbera Studio for Warner Bros. Studios based on the 1945 MGM cartoon \"Swing Shift Cinderella\" and featuring the characters Red Hot (a sexy update of Red Riding Hood) and the Wolf. The character Red Hot was created by animator Preston Blair. Tex Avery directed the series of MGM cartoons she appeared in, including \"Red Hot Riding Hood\" and \"The Ballad of Dan McGoo.\" Following the plot of \"Red Hot Riding Hood,\" a horny wolf ogles Red Hot, a dancer in a nightclub, \"Swing Shift Cinderella,\" a reference to Red Hot\'s other job working during World War II in an aircraft factory like many women did in that era, picks up w \"Red Hot Riding Hood\" left off. The wolf again pursues Red Hot. And only Tex Avery could depict a sexually-aroused wolf with bulging eyes and pricked ears! To escape the wolf\'s attentions, Red Hot boards a bus bound for the aircraft factory. Only the bus is packed with horny wolves also heading for the factory. This is a lush cel that was the first offering for members of the short-lived Warner Bros. Collector\'s Guild. Beautiful framing and matting is original Warner Bros. Studio Store.
