Condition: Excellent. The Blue enamel is in great shape. Still nice and bright. No scratches to note. Some tarnish patina on the back; moderate. Just needs a good polish to return the front all even shined again. A couple tarnish spots on the V and the banner of the gold plating on the front. If you plan to clean it and use a harsh chemical such as tarnex (miracle worker to be honest) just make sure to spot treat instead of submerging the piece. Also dilute the mixture with water, and do NOT touch the tarnex to the enamel (they are not besties and this will eat away at the enamel color). Dimensions: 1-1/8"in. (Length), 1-1/8"in. (W) and sticks out about 1/2 a centimeter from the pin back bar.Materials: Sterling Silver, Gold Plate Vermeil in 12K (Filled, not solid).
