You will receive, ONLY what is pictured OR described in the listing. This means; if the item photographed contains things like the box, manual, or power supply they are included in your purchase or if they are specifically mentioned "included" in my description at the beginning of the description. This means - if it’s (box/cables/parts/manuals) NOT in the photo and it’s not listed “included” It does not come with your purchase!
Returns-
If an item arrives differently than described please contact me and let me know right away. I work hard to ensure this does not happen, however, if it does just send me a message and I will work with you to find a solution whether that be a return/ replacement etc.
If you decide you do not like an item after you purchase it, once the item has been returned. You will receive a refund minus applicable fees depending on the condition - if it’s still new and un_used then you will get a full refund.
This is all - PER POLICY- you can read this policy in the help center. Requesting a item not described return simply because it was not what you were looking for is fraudulent and against policies. Your ability to return items can be blocked if notices a pattern. This is all in the policy.
