Rare, unissued, WW1 Springfield Government Arsenal M1911 barrel.
This barrel is mint! It has strong manufacturer tooling marks where it was not worn from use. There are no polished contact marks from use. The lands and groves in the rifling, also, have not been smoothed or polished from use.

Clawson's describes the configuration of this barrel, and it's hallmarks, as correct for WW1.
