**You are offerding on a Vintage Planter Dish in the shape of a Cart Wheelbarrow, marked USA 450 on the base – measures 6 11/16 by 3 7/8 by 2 ¾ inches – Light Creamy Green Hue, partial original price tag still attached on bottom, scalloped edge, some nicks on the edge – comes to you in Vintage, Used and As Is Condition and is not perfect -although unmarked, another er informed me that this is Hull Pottery "It is in an ad on pg 184 of The Collectors Encyclopedia of Hull Pottery 1st edition" - comes to you in Vintage and As Is Condition. {3255.16445}
