Vtg. outdoor votive lantern: stained glass/wood/chain. Signed. For Sale

The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for an unusual vintage leaded stained glass hanging lantern for a votive candle that suspends by a series of metal chains and wood framed. The lantern, from what I could read says Grab '71. The lantern is primitive arts and crafts meets folk art. Rusted, dirty, aged in the wood from being outside. You can say it has a natural shabby chic to it. The lead glass is framed on all four sides with panels, maybe a violet in clear glass and a marbelized green/white glass. They look like maybe it was made for a church because it has a cross design. As I found it. Good condition with age related issues. This is an AS IS SALE due to the distressed appearance. The chimney on top is rusted, darkened, pitted, dirty. Outside has white paint drips. Wood at top has split in middle of wood that continues on opposite side due to age/use. May have other lighter splits, nicks, weathered wood, dirty. The bottom is in the same condition but no splitting. The stained glass is dirty in crevices, weathered on lead framing, paint drips. No damage to panels. Sometimes they look damaged but it's flaws in the glass. The one panes las a black painted latch that holds part of the door hinge that opens up the glass that you could see the inside; assuming for a votive candle. The inside is dirty, no holder to secure votive. Dust on the wood inside and some wax residue near where door opens. When I opened it, there was a glass votive with a wheat moon or sun graphics; probably made during same time period. The candle is dirty, wick embedded in remaining wax. Comes with lantern. Candle can be replaced in votive if desired. There are chains on two sides hooked at wood base and at top of four corners. A main chain pulls up with a large ring where can be hung on a metal hook. Chain is intact, though dirty and rusted. When lifted by the chain, the top piece may separate from stained glass; probably made that way. Signed at bottom embossed in wood is Grab 71. When the lantern is on a table, it may rock a slight bit. There may be flaws in glass framing due to being handmade so anything goes. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures 8.75" X 5.5". With chain, can be up to 29.5".
