This is a beautiful & rare multi jeweled trinket box. I believe it originally came with all its jewels on top.
I'm sure it's over 100 years old. Any missing faux jewel stones can be replaced if you want to. The inside bottom is marked up some due to its age. You may even be able clean up the filigree, but it's in such nice shape for its age. It measures approximately 4" x 3".
