Vintage large DWARPHY Santa Elf Garden gnome climbing ladder Rare HTF For Sale

Rare Garden Gnome or Little Gnome Santa standing on a wooden ladder. Very unique and HTF. Used but in good shape, always kept inside. When I purchased this gnome, I was told that he was made in Europe by company called "Dwarphy Products" from the original sculpture of Jacob from Holland. Also he was displayed only during winter holiday season next to a Christmas Tree in the fancy department clothing store in New York City. There some areas of paint wear and few scratches. Gnome is connected to the wooden ladder by his feet. The ladder is functional but not very strong looking. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
