Amazing vintage handmade Zulu doll. This wonderful doll stands at 27\" tall and just under 9\" at the widest point.With a weight of 6lbs 7.5ozShe is a wooden substructure decorated with cloth,wire, traditional Zulu beadwork, and sneakers.Due to the handmade nature, she will not stand perfectly straight up.This is a rare find. A stunning piece with amazing beadwork.It was said that the artist is Lobolile Ximba, however, I see no artist markings or signature.Please see pictures for details.
