Return Policy:

2.) Once you receive our response to the above message (i.e., #1) and have approved your return, you have 30 days to send it back. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.) Once we have received the item, inspected it and find it is in the same condition as when first shipped; you will then receive a refund minus a 10% restocking/packaging fee as we are not able to reuse packing tape and damaged bubble wrap or tissue paper.
