This is a beautiful hand painted picture of the SSN 589 George Washington. As you can see, it was framed very nicely, except there is one flaw at the top as seen in shown in photos. It is barely noticeable. The brass name tag is definitelyaged as show in photos. It is signed by the artist. The painting is absolutely beautiful. I purchased this from a museum that had it for sale many years ago.
