Vintage Solingen Bear Hunter Razor Folding Pocket Knife Stainless Steel 440. The handles appear to be bone. Comes in a leather sheath.

This knife was a part of a collector’s large collection of vintage knives, most were new in the original box (this one has no box). While these knives are new, there may be some light surface blemishes and patina on them from being stored and going through temperature/humidity swings for the past 20-50 years and/or light handling and opening of the knives.
