Vintage Rosenthal Birds on Branch Figurine
Lovely vintage pocelain figurine of three birds on a branch by Rosenthal. These three guys are so lifelike--you better hide them from the cats!
Made by master craftsman Rosenthal--also markedKunstabteilung--SELB--Handemalt US Zone GermanyLast part indicates that this was made in postwar Germany 1945-1955, most likely in Bavaria.
Base measures 6\" long; Branch is 5\" long; each bird is about 2.5\" x 1.5.\"
In very good condition--one small chip under one tail, nearly impossible to see from top (see last two photos).
No cracks or crazing.
