PATHFINDER METAL LUNCHBOX AND METAL/GLASS THERMOS byUniversal Industries 1959. ThisExtremely Rare R-8 kit features matching lithos on front and back main panelsof an early western scene framed in bright yellow. A scout on horseback with long rifleaccompanies a wagon train – and waves to an Indian scout party on an adjoininghill. The artist who created thisbeautiful box is unknown – with side panels feature a teepee, eagle featherheaddress, long rifle, bowie knife and pistol.The thermos wraps the beautiful scene from the front main panel. An exceptional example of this wonderful and rare early example ofwestern and Indian lunchbox!
