Pretty lady with two poodles on chains. She is missing her umbrella, but is in otherwise good vintage condition.

• We require payment within three days of purchase. Items that are not paid for with in the time will automatically be relisted and an unpaid item case will be open on the buyer.
• Partial refunds of postage are not given.
• We package and ship the day after your payment is received so that it will arrive to you as quickly as possible. We have recently experienced delays with shipping that have occurred after packages have been given to the carrier. These delays are unfortunate and frustrating, but once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over the delivery delays.

Packaging and shipping

• Great care is taken in packing your purchase to ensure that it arrives to you in the same condition that they left our home.
• We may at times use clean, recycled boxes and packing materials when shipping your items to help do our small part in helping the environment.

Returns

• Our items are obtained mostly from estate sales, antique shops or our own collection of previously loved treasures.We strive to put photos on each listing that best show the item and its flaws, but we are not experts and may occasionally miss something.Because of this, we do not accept returns on our items.All photos and the descriptions should be carefully reviewed, and questions sent to us through the messaging system prior to purchasing or placing any offer.
• If you receive an item and it is not what was listed, please contact us through the message system and we will do our best to correct the situation.
• Refunds: Only items that are unopened and in their original package will be refunded. Any items opened or not in the same condition as they were sent, will not be refunded.
• Restocking fee: Items returned per buyer request, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
