Excellent Vintage Condition; wear commensurate with age (40+ years); small chip in base; small chip on chimney; small paint chips on Santa and reindeer: no cracks, breaks, or crazing on outside of house; hand painted piece ... some imperfections; paint in excellent condition ... small amount of chipping; has been loved and well cared for; light cord included; not perfect ... but perfectly wonderful; unboxed.
