Vintage Large Dovetailed Wood Box Tin Lined Antique 16 1/2\" Made in JAPAN
Beautiful and strong! We believe this box is constructed from Monkey Wood. The tin lining is in wonderful condition with no major damage. The lid has a keyless locking mechanism that works well.
You will see in the photos that the top 1/4\" finish piece shows an age crack. However because it doesn\'t go through the entire lid, it does not affect the strength or functionality of the lid. The dovetailed corners hold strong. It is marked on the bottom \"Made In Japan\".
This beauty measures 16 1/2\" long x 11 1/4\" deep and stands 10\" tall. This box has been given a gentle cleaning and polish. It is certainly ready to use or display!
