Vintage Knife/Around Cape Horn 1803:

I have this knife that I know nothing about. I found it in a old hoarders house . He had died and I was helping clean it out. This was hidden in a back drawer in the kitchen where no one would look if he was robbed. I believe ( and are pretty sure ) that it is made from an old file ( because some of the file marks are barely visible) and bone.
It\'s 10 inches long .
It reads , AROUND CAPE HORN 1803
And under the ship it reads
CHARMING JENNY
LONDON
I don\'t know anything else about it . It\'s in great shape .especially if it\'s as old as it looks and proclaims.
