Vintage Japanse Cha Tansu
This is a vintage Japanese 2 section Cha tansu, tea chest.Itmeasuresthat 63.5 \" tall, 35.75 \" wide, 13.5 \" deep.
It was constructed out of Maple, Horse chestnuts and Paulownia woods.The Cha Tansu was often used to store accoutrements for guest tea service as well as a cabinet to display seasonal decorations.
It wasprofessionally restored toprovidebeauty andfunction for many generation to come.
