EXTRA:Dodge Company also used to make Oscar and Emmy awards. The original lamps were cast in brittle pot metal and finished in bronze. Hula girl lamp shows standard where for an item 80+/- years olddue to storage, use and or age. Hula girl has become detached from the base of the lamp (see photos #5 & #6). All in all, in pretty good condition. The lamp portion is in good working condition. However, the mechanism that makes the Hula girl dance has not been tested. Offered as a collectible/display item, NO GUARANTEE of functionality.
